关于部分境外学生使用唐风系统进行汉语水平考试（HSK）的通知
Notice on Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) for Overseas Students Using Tang International Education Cloud Platform
自2020年5月起，全世界汉语水平考试考点已陆续恢复常规考试，但仍有部分学生所在国未开设汉语水平考试考点，无法正常参加考试。为满足考试需求，经研究决定，部分境外学生可使用唐风系统参加汉语水平考试（网考），温州大学认可其考试成绩。现将有关事项通知如下：
Since May 2020, test centers of Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) around the world have resumed regular examinations one after another. But there are still some countries that do not have HSK test centers, therefore some overseas students cannot take the test normally. In order to meet overseas students’ needs, it has been decided that some overseas students could take the Chinese Proficiency Test (online examination) on International Education Cloud Platform, and Wenzhou University will recognize their examination results.
一、面向人群Who can register?
1.考生本人所在国家尚未开设汉语水平考试考点。
Overseas students whose home countries do not have a HSK test center.
2. 温州大学2019级即将毕业的学生。
Students entering WZU degree programs in 2019.
二、报名要求Requirements for registration
有一台安装了Windows（7/10）操作系统的考试电脑，要求如下：
To register, you should prepare a computer installed with Windows(7/10) operating system and ensure the following three things:
1. 屏幕分辨率须为1366*768或以上；
The computer must has a screen resolution of 1366*768 or above; and it must has an inset camera or external stand-alone camera;
2. 自带或外接独立摄像头，房间光线充足，摄像清晰；
The room where the test is taken must be bright enough for camera to work properly;
3. 配有有线耳机，放音清楚，隔音效果好。
A wired headset in good function should be prepared.
三、考试注意事项Notes for the test：
1.考试期间不允许使用蓝牙设备，不允许USB口外接存储设备，比如U盘、无线接收器等设施；
No Bluetooth devices nor external storage devices, such as USB flash drives, wireless receivers, could be used during the test;
2.网络考试无需使用稿纸笔记，考试期间禁用纸张、电子设备等一切物品抄写记录试题；
Please do not take any notes on papers during the test, and any attempt for recording the test questions by using paper notes or digital devices is not allowed.
3. 不建议使用手机考试。
Please do not take the test in your cellphone.
四、考生信息收集与考试组织Candidate Information Collection and Test Organization：
1.请留学生专员将通知转发至毕业班群，于3月25日前根据信息表（见附件）收集完成学生信息，发送邮箱：ballackasher@qq.com。
International student specialists of each college should inform graduating students of this notice, and collect information using the enclosed file “Table of Studnets Taking Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) on International Education Cloud Platform” before March, 25th, and send the table to ballackasher@qq.com.
2. 留管部将核查学生所在国家HSK考点设置信息，核实后将为确实需要唐风系统考试的学生提供培训，进行使用唐风系统的线上辅导。
After verification, Overseas Students Education & Services will provide relevant training for students who really need to take the test on Tang International Education Cloud Platform.
3.唐风系统的HSK模拟考试和正式考试的时间在辅导后视学生水平安排。
Modes and official tests of HSK on the Tang International Education Cloud Platform will be arranged after the training depending on the training results.
