经转出学院、转入学院、教务处审核，同意以下学生转专业，现将名单公示，公示期7个工作日。如有异议，请于3月18日16:00前与留管部许老师联系。
After the review of students being transferred by their colleges （in and out）and the Department of International Student Education and Services， the following students are approved to transfer the major. The list has been publicized for 7 working days. If you have any objections, please contact Miss. Kelly from the Department of International Student Education and Services before 16:00 on March 18th.

Also the relevant matters are notified as follows:
1、学生转专业后按转入专业学费标准缴纳学费。
1. Tuition shall be paid according to the standard tuition fee of the transferred-in major.
2、转入新专业学习的学生，学号不作变更，学生证到学院做相应的修改，已订购的教材不予退还，进入新专业学习的教材可向图书公司订购。一卡通可凭修改后的学生证至制卡中心办理新证。
2.For transferred-in student, the student number shall not be changed, The corresponding changes to the student ID card shall be made at the college being transferred in, the textbooks that have been ordered are not refundable, the new textbooks being transferred in can be ordered from the book company. The smart card can be applied for a new one with the modified student ID card at the smart card management center.
3、转专业学生按转入专业的人才培养方案执行。学院对转入学生的已获学分进行认定，并指导学生制订个人修读计划，重新进行选课。未修课程应补修或改修，已修且成绩合格的课程可向开课学院申请充抵相同、相近课程，多余学分可以充抵相应的任选课、公选课，学生所在学院汇总后报留管部办理。
3. Transfer students shall follow the talent training plan of the major being transferred in.The credits gained from the transferred-out college shall be recognized, and the personal study plans shall be guided to re-select courses. The new course should be studied or changed to another one, and the completed course with qualified score can be applied to offset the same or similar course to the starting school. Extra credits can be made up for the corresponding optional course or public elective course, which shall be summarized by the college and reported to the Department of International Student Education and Services.
4、公示结束后，留管部将转专业学生名单报主管校长批复发文后，统一办理学生的学籍变更手续。转专业名单确定发文后，不得退转或更改。
4. After the publicity, the list of transfer students will be reported to the president in charge by the Department of International Student Education and Services. After the approval document is issued, the relative procedures are changed in unity for the students. Once the transfer list is confirmed, it shall not be returned or changed.
