1. 请在9月30日前向专业所在学院报备假期去向。

Please report your holiday destination to your college before September 30th.

2. 外出时应遵守“24小时内完成住宿登记”的要求。如出行需要住宿酒店或租住公寓等，必须按规定进行住宿登记。留校同学严格遵守宿舍管理规定，不得留宿他人。

When going out, you must comply with the requirement of "completing accommodation registration within 24 hours." If you need to stay in a hotel or rent an apartment during your trip, you must register your accommodation as required. Students staying on campus must strictly abide by the dormitory regulations and are not allowed to accommodate others.

3. 外出注意安全：外出旅行期间注意交通安全，请选择正规有牌照车辆，并系好安全带；骑行电动自行车，请规范佩戴头盔；请勿至不熟悉的水域或野外水域游泳，提高安全意识，远离危险，谨防溺水。

Stay safe when going out: Pay attention to traffic safety during travel, choose licensed vehicles, and fasten your seat belt; wear a helmet properly when riding an electric bicycle; avoid swimming in unfamiliar or wild waters, enhance safety awareness, stay away from danger, and prevent drowning.

4. 国庆假期人流量较大，建议同学们合理安排出行计划，注意交通安全，尽量避免前往人群密集的地方，不要在设有危险标志的区域停留，贵重物品应随身携带。

During the National Day holiday, there is a large flow of people. It is recommended that students plan their trips wisely, pay attention to traffic safety, try to avoid crowded places, do not stay in areas with danger signs, and carry valuables with them.

5. 时刻提高警惕，做到不轻信来历不明的电话或短信，不点击任何形式的网络链接，不轻易透漏自己的身份和银行卡信息，更不随意向陌生人汇款转账；警惕网络交友、电商客服物流诈骗、刷单返利、娱乐项目中奖、钓鱼网站等诈骗类型，切实提高自身防范意识，筑牢安全防范防火墙。

Always stay vigilant: Do not trust calls or messages from unknown sources, click on any form of online links, or casually disclose your identity or bank card information. Never transfer money to strangers at will. Be wary of scams such as online dating fraud, fake e-commerce customer service and logistics scams, cash-back rebate schemes, entertainment prize scams, and phishing websites. Strengthen your awareness of fraud prevention and build a solid firewall for security.

6. 用火用电安全：宿舍内严禁抽烟、严禁使用明火、严禁私拉电线、严禁使用电饭煲、电磁炉、热得快等大功率违禁电器。如果要做饭，请使用公共厨房，煮饭做菜时切记不得离开，以免造成火灾隐患。离开宿舍或住所前要请仔细检查房间，确保没有安全隐患，例如检查所有电器电源是否切断、水龙头是否关闭，锁好门窗等，防止火灾、触电及其它安全事故的发生。

Fire and Electricity Safety: Smoking, open flames, unauthorized wiring, and the use of high-power prohibited appliances such as rice cookers, induction cookers, and immersion heaters are strictly prohibited in dormitories. If you need to cook, please use the public kitchen and never leave food unattended to prevent fire hazards. Before leaving your dormitory or residence, thoroughly inspect the room to ensure there are no safety risks, such as checking that all electrical appliances are turned off, faucets are closed, and doors and windows are locked to prevent fires, electric shocks, and other safety incidents.

7.遵守法律法规：不得有酗酒、打架斗殴、赌博、吸毒等行为；不得非法就业、经商或从事其他经营性活动。

Comply with laws and regulations: No behaviors such as alcoholism, fighting, gambling, or drug abuse are allowed; illegal employment, business operations, or other profit-making activities are prohibited.

8. 外国人在华学习期间从事宗教活动须遵守中国的有关法律，接受中国政府依法管理，在校园等公共场所不能从事传教、不能组织宗教集会等活动、不允许散发宗教宣传品。

Foreigners studying in China must comply with relevant Chinese laws when engaging in religious activities, accept the lawful management of the Chinese government, and are not allowed to conduct missionary work, organize religious gatherings, or distribute religious materials in public places such as campuses.

9. 坚决抵制毒品，对毒品说“不”！在中国，任何涉毒行为都将会受到法律的严厉惩罚，包括走私、贩卖、运输、制造、非法持有、提供、吸食或注射毒品，强迫、引诱或欺骗他人使用毒品等。大麻在中国属于毒品，严禁非法使用。

Resolutely resist drugs and say "no" to drugs! In China, any drug-related activities will be severely punished by law, including smuggling, trafficking, transporting, manufacturing, illegal possession, providing, consuming, or injecting drugs, as well as forcing, luring, or deceiving others into using drugs. Cannabis is classified as a drug in China and is strictly prohibited for illegal use.

10. 假期期间保持良好作息，适度锻炼，严禁醉酒、酗酒，注意饮食卫生，预防各类传染病的发生。

Maintain a good routine during the holidays, exercise moderately, strictly avoid excessive drinking, pay attention to food hygiene, and prevent the occurrence of various infectious diseases.
