为促进中外文化交流，温州市人民政府外事办公室与温州大学联合举办2025温州国际友人汉语大赛友谊赛初赛。现将初赛具体安排通知如下：
一、初赛时间安排
初级组：2025年11月19日（周三）
中高级组：2025年11月21日（周五）暂定
二、初赛地点
温州大学国际教育学院3号楼211教室
三、初赛形式与内容
1.笔试环节
初级组：汉字读写试题，考试时间为40分钟
中高级组：HSK3级难度试题+温州文化知识附加题，考试时间为90分钟
2.视频拍摄环节
（1）所有参赛选手需完成一段自我介绍视频拍摄（发在大赛微信群）
（2）视频内容：简要介绍自己，可包括姓名、国籍、学习汉语的经历或感受
（3）视频时长：1分钟左右
（4）视频将作为参赛资料存档，并用于后续活动宣传
四、报名方式

五、晋级说明
初赛成绩将按组别排名，每组前50%选手晋级决赛，决赛名单将于初赛结束后五个工作日内公布。

Notice on Holding the Preliminary Round of the 2025 Wenzhou International Friends Chinese Proficiency Competition
To all international friends studying, working, and living in Wenzhou:
To promote cultural exchanges between China and other countries, the Wenzhou Municipal People's Government Foreign Affairs Office and Wenzhou University will jointly hold the preliminary round of the 2025 Wenzhou International Friends Chinese Proficiency Competition. The specific arrangements for the preliminary round are as follows:
I. Preliminary Round Schedule
Beginner Level Group: Wednesday, November 19, 2025
Intermediate & Advanced Level Group: Friday, November 21, 2025 (Tentative)
II. Preliminary Round Venue
Room 211, Building 3, College of International Education, Wenzhou University
III. Preliminary Round Format and Content
1. Written Test Segment
Beginner Level: Chinese character reading and writing questions. Test duration is 40 minutes.
Intermediate & Advanced Level: Questions at HSK Level 3 difficulty, plus additional questions on Wenzhou cultural knowledge. Test duration is 90 minutes.
2. Video Recording Segment
(1) All participants must complete a self-introduction video and post it in the competition's WeChat group.
(2) Video Content: Briefly introduce yourself, which may include your name, nationality, and experiences or feelings related to learning Chinese.
(3) Video Length: Approximately 1 minute.
(4) The videos will be kept as participant records and may be used for subsequent event publicity.
IV. Registration Method
Interested participants, please fill out the online form: "2025 Wenzhou International Friends Chinese Proficiency Competition Preliminary Round Registration Form". The registration deadline is 20:00, November 17, 2025.

V. Advancement Criteria
Preliminary round results will be ranked by group. The top 50% of participants in each group will advance to the finals. The finalist list will be announced within five working days after the preliminary round concludes.
