各相关学院:
根据《温州大学国际学生奖学金管理规定》(温大行政发〔2020〕5号),结合学校实际,现就2024-2025学年国际学生学业奖学金评审工作安排如下:
一、参评资格
研究生:我校2023级、2024级已完成学籍注册的在读国际研究生。
本科生:我校2022级、2023级、2024级已完成学籍注册的国际本科生。
二、参评条件
1. 具有我校正式学籍的本科或硕士留学生。
2. 已缴清学校规定的各项费用。
3. 考勤记录良好,学业成绩在同年级同专业或班级中名列前茅。
4. 日常行为表现优秀、服从学校管理,无违反遵守中国法律法规和学校规章制度,无违纪校违规的行为。
5. 积极参加学校、学院组织开展的各类学科竞赛、创新实践、公益项目及文体活动等。
6. 本学年未获得中国政府奖学金、浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金等其他奖学金。
三、名额分配
学业一等奖学金:金额为该学年的学费。可获奖人数为学院参评人数的1/8。
学业二等奖学金:10000元人民币,可获奖人数为学院参评人数的1/6。
学业三等奖学金:5000元人民币,可获奖人数为学院参评人数的1/6。
具体名单及分配名额由留学生教育与管理部发送给各学院。特殊情况由国际学生奖学金及荣誉评审工作小组研究决定。
四、评审办法
各学院应结合实际情况和参评条件制定具体评审细则,以学业成绩、汉语水平和日常表现为主要评价指标,对学生进行综合评价。各指标类别及权重由学院自行设定。
五、评审程序
2022级、2023级国际本科生由相关专业学院负责评审;2024级国际本科生由国际教育学院负责评审;各年级国际研究生由专业学院负责评审。具体流程如下:
1. 学院根据学生成绩、汉语水平、行为表现等进行综合评定,并按名额比例确定拟获奖学生名单。
2. 评审结果由学院在适当范围内公示3天。
3. 无异议后,由国际学生奖学金及荣誉评审工作小组对名单进行最终审核,报分管校领导批准后正式发文。
六、其他说明
1. 本通知所提到的学生学业成绩及表现等材料需提供原件作为参评依据,成果取得时间须为2024年9月1日至2025年8月31日。
2. 各学院于12月26日前,将电子版及纸质版的评审细则、评审结果公示记录、学院奖学金评审结果汇总表(分管领导签字并盖章)等材料报送至北校区国际教育学院(留管部)3号楼214办公室。
3. 学生如不配合评审或未按时提交材料,视为自动放弃奖学金资格。
4. 本通知以中文版本为准,英文翻译仅供参考。如中英文内容存在差异,以中文版内容为准。

Notice on the Evaluation of the 2024-2025 Academic Year Wenzhou University International Student Academic Scholarship
To the relevant colleges:
In accordance with the Wenzhou University International Student Scholarship Management Regulations (Wenzhou University Administrative Document No. 5 [2020]) and in line with the university’s actual circumstances, the arrangements for the 2024-2025 International Student Academic Scholarship evaluation are as follows:
I. Eligibility
Postgraduate Students: Registered international postgraduate students enrolled in 2023 and 2024.
Undergraduate Students: Registered international undergraduate students enrolled in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
II. Evaluation Criteria
Applicants must:
Hold formal undergraduate or postgraduate student status at Wenzhou University.
Have paid all required fees.
Maintain good attendance records and demonstrate outstanding academic performance within their grade and major/class.
Exhibit excellent daily conduct, comply with university management, and have no violations of Chinese laws, egulations, or university policies.
Actively participate in academic competitions, innovation practices, public service projects, and cultural/sports activities organized by the university or their college.
Not have received any Chinese Government Scholarship, Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship, or other scholarships in the current academic year.
III. Quota Allocation
First-Class Academic Scholarship: Covers full tuition fees for the academic year. The number of recipients shall not exceed 1/8 of the college’s eligible students.
Second-Class Academic Scholarship: RMB 10,000 per recipient. The number of recipients shall not exceed 1/6 of the college’s eligible students.
Third-Class Academic Scholarship: RMB 5,000 per recipient. The number of recipients shall not exceed 1/6 of the college’s eligible students.
Specific quotas and eligible student lists will be provided to colleges by the International Student Education and Management Department. Special cases will be reviewed by the International Student Scholarship and Honors Evaluation Working Group.
IV. Evaluation Method
Colleges shall develop detailed evaluation rules based on their actual circumstances and the above criteria, focusing on academic performance, Chinese language proficiency, and daily conduct. Evaluation indicators and their weighting may be determined independently by each college.
V. Evaluation Procedure
Undergraduate students enrolled in 2022 and 2023 will be evaluated by their respective academic colleges.
Undergraduate students enrolled in 2024 will be evaluated by the College of International Education.
All postgraduate students will be evaluated by their academic colleges.
Specific procedures:
Colleges will conduct comprehensive evaluations based on academic records, Chinese proficiency, and behavior, then determine a preliminary list of recipients within their allocated quotas.
Colleges must publicize the preliminary results for 3 days within an appropriate scope.
If no objections are raised, the International Student Scholarship and Honors Evaluation Working Group will conduct a final review and submit the list to the university’s designated leadership for approval before official release.
VI. Additional Notes
All supporting materials (e.g., academic achievements, activity records) must be original documents, and the achievements must be obtained between September 1, 2024, and August 31, 2025.
Colleges must submit the following materials in both electronic and hardcopy (signed by designated leadership and stamped with the college seal) to Office 214, Building 3, North Campus (College of International Education) by December 26, 2025:
Students who do not cooperate with the evaluation or fail to submit materials on time will be deemed to have voluntarily waived their scholarship eligibility.
The Chinese version of this notice shall prevail. The English translation is for reference only. In case of discrepancies, the Chinese version is authoritative.
