Executive Positions to be elected include the following and applicants/nominees must be a non – first year students
1、SRC Executives (4 Members)
① President
② Secretary
③ Treasurer
④ Public Relation Officer
2、Department Members
① Academic Affairs Department Members (6 members)
② Integrated Affairs Department Members (4 members)
③ Community Assistant Department Members (5 members)
④ Entertainment & Sport Department Members (10 members)
⑤ Propaganda Department Members (5 members)
APPLICATION TIME
Deadline: 11:00 AM 10th November (Friday) 2017
QUALIFICATION
1、For SRC Executives
① The applicant must perform well, neither with absenteeism and other violations of discipline rules and regulations in the university.
② The applicant must have the ability and quality required by the position.
③ The applicant must have the experience of being a class monitor or CA (Community Assistant)
④ The applicant must have the ability of organizing and team management
⑤ The applicant must be punctual, dedicated, and willing to work.
2、Department Members
① The applicant must perform well, neither with absenteeism and other violations of discipline rules and regulations in the university.
② The applicant must be punctual, dedicated, active and hard-working.
PROCESS
① 1. All applicants must send filled application form and other supporting materials to the following email address: adofoadjei@gmail.com or the hard copy to office 219, building 3 - north campus
② All applicants will be vetted, therefore they must be prepared to introduce their selves for 1-3 minutes, and also answer questions asked by the judge.
Time: 18:00 PM 13th November 2017.
Location: Room 311, Building 3. North Campus
③ The name list of candidates for the election will be determined according to the judge’s interview.
④ Organize the election. The candidates must prepare 5 minutes’ manifesto speech for the competition after interview (Time to be determined).
⑤ The final name list will be published after the election.
After the publicity, every SRC executive and department member will be appointed by the Student Affairs Office and given 6 months probation period.
