期末考试即将来临，为确保考试公平、公正进行，特提醒大家遵守以下考试规则：
Dear Students,
As the final exams approach, we would like to remind everyone to adhere to the following exam rules to ensure fairness and integrity during the exams:
1. 请同学们提前10分钟到达考场，按指定座位就坐，带好学生证。Please arrive at the exam place 10 minutes before the exam starts and take your designated seat. Don’t forget to bring your student ID card.
2. 考试过程中，禁止携带任何与考试无关的物品，如手机、书籍、计算器、笔记本等。During the exam, no unauthorized materials such as mobile phones, books, calculators or notes are allowed.
3. 遵守监考老师的守则和指令。Follow the instructions of the teachers.
以下作弊行为将严肃处理：The following behaviors will be punished severely:
1. 抄袭他人试卷：在考试中若被发现抄袭他人试卷，将按作弊处理。Plagiarism: Copying from another student’s exam paper is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.
2. 带入或使用电子设备：包括手机、智能手表、耳机等。Bring or Use of Electronic Devices: This includes mobile phones, smartwatches, earphones, etc.
3. 抄写作弊资料：在试卷或其他物品上携带与考试内容相关的资料。Cheat Sheets: Carrying any written materials or notes related to the exam content.
4. 代考：请勿委托他人代为参加考试或代为作答。Impersonation: Having someone else take the exam on your behalf or completing the exam for another person.
因作弊被处分的学生将取消奖学金评定资格，情节严重的将受到开除学籍的处分。去年，我校有3位学生因考试作弊被开除，8位学生取消奖学金资格。请大家不要抱有侥幸心理。
Students who are penalized for cheating will be disqualified from scholarship review, and those with serious violations will face expulsion. Last year, 3 students were expelled for exam cheating, and 8 students had their scholarship eligibility revoked. Please do not harbor any illusions or hopes of getting away with it.
我校对于考试作弊行为实行“零容忍”， 针对留学生考试作弊行为，我校制定了相关规章制度，请各位同学认真阅读，诚信应考。
Our school implements a "zero tolerance" policy for exam cheating. Specifically, regarding cheating by international students, our school has established relevant regulations. We urge all students to read them carefully and uphold academic integrity during the exams.
第二十二条 国际学生参加期中、期末的课程考试以及各种水平证书考试中，有下列行为者，视不同情况分别给予纪律处分：
Article 22. Behavior that falls into any of the following categories for the mid-term exam, final exam or exams for various certifications, the punitive action will be imposed according to the fact.
（ 一 ）国际学生在学校组织的任何考试中违反试场纪律，有下列行为之一者给予警告至留校察看处分：
1.不按指定位置就坐，且不听监考人员调动者；
2.携带手机等考试规定以外的物品进入考场且未放在指定位置的；
3.监考人员要求其出示有效证件而拒绝出示者；
4.考试过程中未经监考人员同意擅自进出试场者；
5.交卷后未及时离开试场，且不听监考人员劝告者;
6.东张西望且不听监考人员劝告者;
7.其他违反考场规则，但尚未构成作弊行为的。
(I) Behavior that falls into any of the following categories for an exam organized by the university, the punishment shall range from a warning to a probation.
I. Failing to follow the seating arrangement and refuse to obey the directions of the examination staff while taking the exam.
II. Bringing mobile phones or exam-related materials into the exam room and failing to put them at the appointed places and refusing to obey the directions.
III. Refusing to show valid identification to examination staff.
IV. Entering the exam room during the exam without the permission of examination staff.
V. Not leaving the exam room in time after the submission of the exam paper and refusing to obey the directions of the examination staff.
VI. Looking around from time to time in all directions and refusing to obey the directions of the examination staff.
VII. Other behaviors in against examination regulations but not deemed as cheating yet.
（ 二 ）国际学生在学校组织的任何考试中有下列行为之一者，属考试作弊，除该次考试成绩无效外，给予留校察看至开除处分：
1.交头接耳、索要答案、偷看、抄袭他人答卷者；
2.传递纸条、打手势、交换试卷的双方以及有意将自己的试卷让他 人抄袭或为他人抄袭答案提供方便者；
3.闭卷考试中将书籍、笔记、资料等带入试场，开卷考试中交换书籍、笔记本或有关考试资料者（包括交换的双方）；
4.交卷中，看别人答案，涂改答卷者；
5.第二次违反试场纪律者；
6.考试结束后，在试场内发现有作弊痕迹或他人检举揭发、阅卷中发现作弊嫌疑并经查证属实者；
7.其它作弊行为者。
(II) Behavior that falls into any of the following categories in the exam organized by the university shall be deemed as cheating, for which the punitive action of a probation or an expulsion shall be imposed in addition to receiving no score.
I. Whispering or peeking at other’s exam papers and copying other people’s answers.
II. Passing notes, signaling and gesturing, exchanging exam papers or deliberately letting others copy one's own exam answers or exam-related materials during the exam.
III. Taking exam-related materials in a close-book exam or exchange books or notebooks or exam-related text materials in an open-book/notes exam.
IV. Glancing at other people’s answers on another person’s paper or exchanging answers during the end of an exam;
V. Having violated exam regulations or cheated for a second time.
VI. After the exam, cheating behaviors are discovered or reported by others, and the cheating suspects can be verified.
VII. Cheating by any other means.
（ 三 ）国际学生在学校组织的任何考试中有下列行为之一者，属严重考试作弊，除该次考试成绩无效外，取消学位授予资格，并视情节轻 重给予留校察看至开除学籍处分：
1.请他人代考者、 冒名代替他人考试者或涂改他人试卷姓名占为己有者；
2.把窃听器、手机等移动终端带入试场，并收到信号或与外界进行联系者；
3.第二次考试作弊者；
4.其它严重作弊行为者。
(III) If an international student commits serious cheating on an exam, the test score can be made invalid, the degree qualification can be canceled, and the student may receive a probation or an expulsion depending on the severity of the offence.
I. Taking an exam by another person's name or having one's own exam taken by someone else or altering another person’s name for one’s own;
II. Contacting people outside the exam room by mobile terminals such as dictograph, mobile phone, etc.
III. Cheating more than twice.
IV. Other serious cheating behaviors.
（ 四）辱骂、威胁、殴打监考老师或考务人员的；冲击考场、扰乱考场秩序的学生，视情节给予留校察看至开除学籍处分；
(IV) The offences of abusing, threatening or beating teachers and staff and disturbing the order of an exam will receive a punishment ranging from probation to an expulsion depending on the severity.
（ 五）在进行科学研究及撰写论文、报告、毕业设计和社会实践活 动中，有弄虚作假（如伪造数据和运算程序等），或以抄袭等手段剽窃他人成果者，视情节轻重及后果，给予严重警告至开除学籍处分。
(V) For the offences of cheating or copying other’s research to produce a dissertation, report, graduation design or project, the punishment ranges from a severity warning to an expulsion depending on the severity of the consequences.
