1. 报备假期计划，保持通讯畅通 Report Vacation Plans and Stay Reachable

所有国际学生务必在2026年1月12日前通过以下链接或二维码登记假期去向，以便学校及时提供必要的协助。

2. 注意防寒保暖，保持健康作息 Stay Warm and Maintain Healthy Routines

近期气温较低，请大家及时添衣，注意防寒保暖。合理安排学习与休息时间，保持规律作息，并请在晚上23:00前返回宿舍，确保充足睡眠，以良好的身心状态迎接考试与假期。

With recent low temperatures, please dress warmly and take precautions against the cold. Manage your study and rest time reasonably, maintain a regular schedule, and return to the dormitory by 23:00 each night to ensure sufficient sleep, preparing well for exams and the vacation.

3. 重视宿舍安全，杜绝火灾隐患 Prioritize Dormitory Safety and Eliminate Fire Hazards

宿舍内严禁使用电热毯、取暖器、明火等存在安全隐患的物品。请大家增强安全意识，不私拉电线，不使用违规电器，共同维护安全的住宿环境。

Use of hazardous items such as electric blankets, heaters, and open flames is strictly prohibited in dormitories. Please enhance safety awareness, avoid unauthorized wiring, and refrain from using prohibited appliances to maintain a secure living environment together.

4. 遵守住宿规定，维护社区和谐Adhere to Accommodation Rules and Foster Community Harmony

请勿在校园及公寓内饮酒、组织聚会狂欢或大声播放音乐等，避免影响他人休息与学习。共同营造安静、和谐、文明的居住环境。

Do not drink alcohol, organize parties, or play loud music on campus or in apartments to avoid disturbing others' rest and studies. Let's work together to create a quiet, harmonious, and civilized living environment.

5. 出行减速慢行，遵守交通规则 Slow Down When Traveling and Obey Traffic Rules

冬季天气寒冷，地面易湿滑，骑自行车或电动车时请务必减速慢行，注意观察路况。出行请自觉遵守交通规则，确保人身安全。

With cold winter weather and potentially slippery surfaces, please slow down when riding bicycles or electric vehicles and watch road conditions carefully. Always follow traffic rules during travel to ensure personal safety.
