4. 寒假期间，3号楼312教室将开放，供学生自习使用。

During the winter vacation, Room 312 in Building 3 will be open for students to study.

5. 重要提醒：请同学们合理安排行程，按时返校报到，避免因缺勤影响学业。寒假期间如有出境，返校后需在24小时内前往居住地派出所完成住宿登记，以免因延迟登记受到处罚。

Important Reminder: Students are advised to plan their travel arrangements reasonably and return to campus on time for registration to avoid any negative impact on their studies due to absence. If traveling abroad during the winter vacation, students must complete their accommodation registration at the local police station within 24 hours of returning to campus to avoid penalties for delayed registration.

Safety Precautions

1. 宿舍管理：校内住宿学生须于每晚23:00前返回宿舍。严禁无故夜不归宿。校外住宿学生请遵守社区管理规定。

Dormitory Management: Students living on campus must return to their dormitories by 23:00 each night. Unauthorized overnight absence is strictly prohibited. Students living off-campus should comply with community management regulations.

2. 门禁管理：进出校园时请配合安保人员，主动刷脸或刷校园卡。禁止尾随他人或未经许可带校外人员入校。禁止翻越校园围栏。

Campus Access Control: When entering or exiting the campus, please cooperate with security personnel by actively scanning your face or campus card. Tailgating or bringing unauthorized outsiders onto campus is prohibited. Climbing over campus fences is also forbidden.

3. 行为规范：严禁吸毒、非法打工、酗酒滋事、制造噪音扰民等行为。

Behavioral Standards: Drug use, illegal employment, drunken disturbances, creating excessive noise, and other disruptive behaviors are strictly prohibited.

4. 交通安全：请遵守交通规则，禁止骑行燃油摩托车。驾驶电动自行车时必须佩戴头盔，避免超速、超载（搭载他人）、闯红灯等行为。

Traffic Safety: Please obey traffic rules. Riding fuel-powered motorcycles is prohibited. When riding an electric bicycle, you must wear a helmet and avoid speeding, overloading (carrying others), running red lights, and other violations.

5. 防盗防骗：请勿随身携带大量现金。拒绝向陌生人转账，妥善保管个人信息，不得将护照、银行卡、手机卡、校园卡借予他人。

Theft and Fraud Prevention: Do not carry large amounts of cash. Refuse to transfer money to strangers, safeguard personal information, and do not lend your passport, bank card, phone card, or campus card to others.

6. 财物安全：离开宿舍时请锁好门窗，妥善保管个人物品。

Property Safety: When leaving your dormitory, lock doors and windows and keep personal belongings secure.

7. 用电安全：宿舍内禁止私拉电线，严禁使用电煮锅等大功率电器。充电完毕后请及时拔下充电器。

Electrical Safety: Unauthorized wiring and the use of high-power appliances such as electric cooking pots are strictly prohibited in dormitories. Unplug chargers promptly after use.

8. 集会管理：不得组织和参加非法宗教活动。

Assembly Management: Do not organize or participate in illegal religious activities

9. 保险服务：如假期期间需联系保险公司，可拨打24小时中英文服务热线：400-810-5119。

Insurance Services: If you need to contact the insurance company during the vacation, you can call the 24-hour bilingual service hotline: 400-810-5119.

学宿费缴纳事项

Tuition and Accommodation Fee Payment Matters

1. 收费时间：2026学年的学宿费预计于2026年6月开始收取。

Payment Period: Tuition and accommodation fees for the 2026 academic year are expected to be collected starting June 2026.

2. 缴费方式：学历生老生的学宿费仅可通过在线缴费系统（https://wzu.17gz.org/# ）缴纳，不接受银行汇款、现金或其他支付方式。请同学们提前准备好支付方式，熟悉缴费流程，确保按时完成缴费。

Payment Method: Tuition and accommodation fees for current degree-seeking students can ONLY be paid through the online payment system (https://wzu.17gz.org/#). Bank transfers, cash, or other payment methods are NOT accepted. Students are advised to prepare their payment methods in advance, familiarize themselves with the payment process, and ensure timely payment.

3. 重要提醒：请同学们提前做好资金准备。学费缴纳是新学期注册和居留许可办理的前提，未按时缴费将影响您的学业、奖学金评审和签证状态。

Important Reminder: Students should make financial preparations in advance. Tuition payment is a prerequisite for new semester registration and residence permit processing. Failure to pay on time may affect your studies, scholarship evaluation, and visa status.

奖学金发放须知

Scholarship Disbursement Notice

1. 发放时间：浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金及学校学业奖学金，预计于新学期根据学校财务安排陆续发放，具体时间请关注后续通知。

Disbursement Time: The Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students and the university's academic scholarships are expected to be disbursed progressively in the new semester according to the university's financial arrangements. Please pay attention to further notices for specific dates.

2. 发放方式：根据学校财务管理规定，奖学金必须发放至学生本人名下的中国工商银行储蓄卡。为确保奖学金及时到账，请尚未办卡的同学尽快携带相关材料至工商银行网点办理开户。

Disbursement Method: According to university financial management regulations, scholarships must be disbursed to a savings account under the student's name at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC). To ensure timely receipt of scholarships, students who have not yet opened an account should promptly bring the required documents to an ICBC branch to open one.

3. 办卡证明：如需申请办卡证明，请于2026年1月21日（周三）下午15:00前至国际教育学院3号楼214办公室办理。

Bank Account Opening Certificate: If you need to apply for a bank account opening certificate, please visit Office 214, Building 3, College of International Education, before 15:00 on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted.
