“文通中华·感知中国”2026秋季温州市国际化街区建设公益汉语文化系列讲堂即将开班啦！

该讲堂由温州市人民政府外事办公室（温州市人民对外友好协会）和温州大学联合主办，温州大学国际教育学院承办，面向在温州工作和生活的外籍人士开设，讲堂内容以语言学习为主，穿插丰富多彩的文化体验活动。今年讲堂系列活动重点下沉至国际人才社区，让外籍人士在家门口就能便捷学汉语、品文化，助力温州市国际化街区双语建设，营造规范友好的多语言环境。

本次讲堂增设班级分级，精准匹配不同汉语基础的外籍人士，具体区别如下：

初中级班（对应HSK2-3级）：面向汉语零基础或基础薄弱的外籍人士，重点培养基础汉语听说能力，内容以简单日常对话、常用词汇、基础句型为主，帮助学员快速适应汉语日常交流场景，实现“能听懂、会简单表达”的目标。

中高级班（对应HSK4-5级）：面向具备一定汉语基础（能进行日常简单交流）的外籍人士，重点提升汉语读写能力、会话流畅度，拓展词汇量和句型难度，结合生活、工作场景深化表达，助力学员实现“能熟练交流、会简单读写”的目标。

为贴合社区生活场景，本次讲堂围绕社区日常主题设计课程内容，让学习更贴近生活、更具实用性，核心主题包括：

- 社区便民：超市购物、社区就医、快递取件、物业沟通等实用表达；

- 日常出行：公交地铁乘坐、打车问路、周边商圈导航等相关会话；

- 生活社交：邻里问候、节日祝福、朋友相聚等日常会话；

- 温州本地：社区周边温州特色美食、民俗文化、便民服务介绍；

- 工作场景：职场问候、日常办公沟通、工作对接、简单会议交流等实用句型，助力外籍人士更好适应温州本地工作环境。

活动日期：2026年10月7日至2026年12月23日

活动地点：温州大学北校区3号楼211室；温州市鹿城区新田园社区综合体212室（社区点位重点服务周边外籍居民，实现“社区内便捷学习”）

具体时间：每周三18:30-20:00（温州大学北校区3号楼211室）（中高级）；

每周六15:00-17:00（温州市鹿城区新田园社区综合体212室）（初中级）；

活动安排：周三汉语课安排如表1所示，周六汉语课安排如表2所示（注：周六社区讲堂将重点结合上述日常主题开展教学，兼顾语言学习与文化体验）。

Registration Notice for the “Understanding China through Language and Culture” 2026 Autumn Public Chinese Language and Culture Lecture Series for the Development of Wenzhou International Communities

The “Understanding China through Language and Culture” 2026 Autumn Public Chinese Language and Culture Lecture Series for the Development of Wenzhou International Communities is about to begin!

The lecture series is jointly organized by Foreign Affairs Office of Wenzhou Municipal People’s Government (Wenzhou People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries) and Wenzhou University, and undertaken by College of International Education of Wenzhou University. It is open to foreign nationals working and living in Wenzhou. The program mainly consists of Chinese language courses, supplemented by a variety of cultural experience activities.

This year, the lecture series will be further extended to international talent communities, enabling foreign residents to learn Chinese and experience Chinese culture conveniently within their neighborhoods. The program aims to support the bilingual development of Wenzhou’s international communities and help create a standardized, friendly, and multilingual environment.

To better meet the needs of learners with different levels of Chinese proficiency, this lecture series will offer classes at different levels, as follows:

Beginner Class corresponding to HSK Levels 2-3:

This class is designed for foreign nationals with no prior knowledge of Chinese or with a limited foundation in the language. It focuses on developing basic listening and speaking skills in Chinese. The course content includes simple daily conversations, commonly used vocabulary, and basic sentence patterns, helping learners quickly adapt to everyday communication in Chinese and achieve the goal of “understanding basic Chinese and expressing themselves in simple terms.”

Intermediate and Advanced Class corresponding to HSK Levels 4-5:

This class is designed for foreign nationals who already have a certain foundation in Chinese and are able to conduct simple daily communication. It focuses on improving Chinese reading and writing skills, conversational fluency, vocabulary range, and the use of more complex sentence patterns. The course will incorporate real-life and workplace scenarios to help learners express themselves more effectively and achieve the goal of “communicating fluently and reading and writing at a basic level.”

To better connect the courses with community life, this lecture series will focus on practical themes related to everyday community scenarios, making learning more relevant, useful, and applicable. The main topics include:

Community services: practical expressions for supermarket shopping, community medical visits, parcel collection, communication with property management, and related situations;

Daily transportation: conversations related to taking buses and subways, calling taxis, asking for directions, and navigating nearby commercial areas;

Daily social interaction: everyday conversations such as greeting neighbors, offering festival wishes, and meeting friends;

Local Wenzhou culture: introductions to Wenzhou’s local cuisine, folk customs, and convenient community services;

Workplace communication: practical sentence patterns for workplace greetings, daily office communication, work coordination, and simple meeting exchanges, helping foreign nationals better adapt to the local working environment in Wenzhou.

If your native language is not Chinese and you wish to improve your Chinese language proficiency, you are warmly welcome to register, regardless of nationality, gender, or age. The lecture series offers diverse learning formats and rich content. Based on community-based learning scenarios, it aims to create a relaxed and engaging learning atmosphere, enabling participants to improve their Chinese language skills while gaining a deeper understanding of Chinese culture, especially local Wenzhou culture. The program will also help enhance participants’ practical ability to use Chinese in work and daily life.

Room 212, Xintianyuan Community Complex, Lucheng District, Wenzhou（The community venue will mainly serve foreign residents living nearby, making it convenient for them to study within the community）

Every Wednesday, 18:30–20:00

Room 211, Building 3, North Campus of Wenzhou University（Intermediate and Advanced Class）

Every Saturday, 15:00–17:00

Room 212, Xintianyuan Community Complex, Lucheng District, Wenzhou（Beginner Class）

Course Arrangement:

The Wednesday Chinese language courses are shown in Table 1, and the Saturday Chinese language courses are shown in Table 2. Please note that the Saturday community-based classes will focus on the daily-life themes listed above, integrating language learning with cultural experience activities.
