根据学校国际学生管理工作要求，现启动对已离校且仍存在欠费情况的国际学生开展欠费核查和催缴工作。具体通知如下：

一、催缴对象

1. 未按规定办理休学、退学或离校手续，仍欠学费、住宿费的学生；

2. 休学或学习期限已满，逾期未办理复学、继续休学或离校手续，仍欠学费、住宿费的学生；

3. 已毕业、结业但未办结离校手续，仍欠学费、住宿费的学生；

4. 其他未按规定办理离校手续即离开学校，或经学校核查认定仍存在欠费的学生。

二、核对与缴费时间

即日起至2026年10月18日。

三、缴费渠道

有欠费记录的同学应及时登录国际学生管理服务平台，核实本人应缴学费、住宿费明细，并完成缴费。

四、异议与咨询

如对欠费情况有异议，或遇系统登录、缴费操作等问题，请在2026年10月11日前发送邮件至admission@wzu.edu.cn。邮件请注明学号、姓名及联系方式，以便我们及时核实回复。

五、其他说明

截止日期后，对仍存在欠费情况的学生，学校将作进一步处理，并保留依法依规采取后续措施的权利。

In accordance with the university's requirements for the management of international students, we are now launching a verification and collection of outstanding fees for international students who have already left school but still have unpaid fees. The specific notice is as follows:

I. Targets of Collection

1. Students who have not completed the procedures for suspension,withdrawal, or departure from school as required and still owe tuition and accommodation fees;

2. Students whose suspension or study period has expired, who have not completed the procedures for resuming studies, continued suspension, or departure from school within the time limit, and still owe tuition and accommodation fees;

3. Students who have graduated or completed their studies but have not completed the departure procedures and still owe tuition and accommodation fees;

4. Other students who left school without completing the departure procedures as required, or who are identified by the university as still having unpaid fees.

II. Verification and Payment Time

From now until October 18, 2026.

III. Payment Channels

Students with outstanding fee records should promptly log in to the International Student Management Service Platform to verify the details of tuition and accommodation fees payable and complete the payment.

Please log in with your student ID number used during your enrollment or the email address registered in the system. Click the "go to pay" button on the homepage to view the outstanding fees.

IV. Objections and Inquiries

If you have any objections to the outstanding fees, or encounter problems such as system login or payment operation, please send an email to admission@wzu.edu.cn before October 11, 2026. Please indicate your student ID number, name, and contact information in the email so that we can verify and reply in a timely manner.

V. Other Instructions

After the deadline, the university will take further action against students who still have outstanding fees and reserves the right to take subsequent measures in accordance with laws and regulations.
